Although there are a variety of companions that you can recruit in Outer Worlds 2, you cannot enter a relationship with any of them.

This was first hinted during the Companions Trailer where the narrator says "And no, you can't sleep with them".

No Other Dateable Options

There are no other romance options, even outside of your companions. The game does not let you enter a relationship with any of the named NPCs that you run into during your adventures.
