A primer that grants an instant heal that increases the lower your health is.

A primer that grants an instant heal that increases the lower your health is.

Inhalers Explained
Modifies Healing Effect
Inhalers in The Outer Worlds 2 modify your healing effect when used. Some inhalers restore health instantly, others heal over time, and a few provide both effects. They are essential for survival, especially during combat or exploration.
Perks unlocked through the Medical skill can enhance inhalers, improving their efficiency or adding special effects.
Causes Toxicity
Each use of an inhaler increases your Toxicity level, which builds up over time and can cause debuffs if it reaches a critical point.
You can increase your Toxicity tolerance by investing in the Medical skill, allowing you to use inhalers more often before suffering negative effects.
Consumes Charges
Using inhalers consumes charges, and you won’t be able to use them once your supply runs out. You can restore charges by crafting, looting drugs, or using an Autodoc.
How to Get More Inhaler Charges
Causes Drug Addiction Flaw
Using inhalers too many times can trigger the Drug Addiction Flaw. When afflicted, you will restore 20% less health, but gain 40% less Toxicity from inhalers in exchange.
