Outer Worlds 2 Skip Drive
The Commander's Safe Key is located in The Incognito's engine room that was inaccessible earlier. This place will only unlock after your operation in Horizon Point Station and will be open in subsequent returns.

Go to the back of the engine and crawl through the tube pipes to get the key! The key itself is below the safety railings near the engine.
