How to Unlock Walking on Eggshells
Talk to Head Gorvid Researcher Tedford
You can find Head Gorvid Researcher Tedford at Auntie's Border Camp by following the road leading south from the Praetor landing pad. Talk to her and accept her request to start the quest.

| Step-by-step Walkthrough | |
|---|---|
| 1 |  Your first task will be to find the Research Assistant that previously left to find a Gorvid Egg. To find his location, follow the road north from the Praetor Landing pad. Then, at the first fork, go west. Keep following the road until you see two boulders that are next to each other. His exact last known location is shown above. |
| 2 |  As you draw closer to his location, a pack of Gorvid Brutes will be lurking in this location. Neutralize them from afar as these monsters deal lethal damage up close! |
| 3 |  Once the enemies are taken care of, you can find the Assistant's remaining items in this area. Four options will appear when you examine the scanner:

Find and Collect the Gorvid Egg
| Step-by-step Walkthrough | |
|---|---|
| 1 |  After turning on the scanner, head south from your current location until you see the pictured cave above. The egg will be inside the cave but be prepared for combat as a the cave is full of Gorvids. |
| 2 |  Climb and follow these rocks with yellow leaves until you reach the peak. |
| 3 |  Once you reach the peak, you should have a pretty good view of the Gorvid Egg. Prepare for more combat as you'll have to go through more Gorvids to take the egg! |
| 4 |  Now that the egg is yours, you may come back to Head Researcher Tedford to claim your rewards. |
