Choose Mantiswarm Graft Inez enhances her healing mist canister ability by having the mist come with a mantiswarm that terrifies foes in its radius.

After sparing Dr. Rasmussen during the A Most Extraordinary Specimen quest, you will have to choose to graft either the Ursopod Mucus Gland or the Mantiswarm Hive to provide an additional property for Inez's healing canister.

Best to Get the Ursopod Graft for General Use

Generally, it is better to graft the Ursopod Mucus Gland since the temporary health you receive is active even if you are not in the radius of the healing gas. This graft supports from both an offensive and defensive standpoint, as you can either use it to set up a push or provide additional means of survivability when you are in a pinch.

Get the Mantiswarm Graft if You Are Melee-Centric

While the Mantiswarm Hive graft looks great in paper, its practical use is limited by the fact that the healing gas's radius is small. However, the Mantiswarm graft shines best when your build's playstyle is centered around melee damage, as you can use it as a means of crowd control when you rush the enemy.
