Kill Dr. Rasmussen During A Most Extraordinary Specimen
Opt to kill Dr. Giles Rasmussen during Inez's companion quest, A Most Extraordinary Specimen. Then, speak to her to get this quest.

Confront Willard with Inez
| Step-by-step Walkthrough | |
|---|---|
| 1 |  After talking to Inez, head to the ACS Undisputed Claim with her in your party and make your way to the Head Office Tower in the Value-Added Esplanade. |
| 2 |  Upon entering the Head Office lobby, continue forward, then use the elevator to the right. |
| 3 |  With Konnen's calling card from Ethel, you can select his office floor. |
| 4 |  After exiting the elevator, enter the left door. |
| 5 |  Observation 7 Required (Optional) Before talking to Willard Konnen, examine the blackboard with formulas on the wall to unlock an additional dialogue option. |
| 6 |  Talk to Willard, and let Inez speak her mind by choosing the option: You want to handle this, Inez? |
| 7 |  Next, select According to that note on your blackboard, you don't have the funds to continue anyway (Observation 7 Required), if you've unlocked it. Otherwise, choose one of the two options that allow him to explain. Afterward, he'll agree to tell you the details, but not in his office. He asks you to meet him at the in the Back-Deck Steerage of ACS for a secluded talk and gives you an All Access Pass for the tramicular. |
Meet Willard in Back-Deck Steerage

| 1 |  Return to the Value-Added Esplanade and ride the tramicular towards the Back-Deck Steerage. |
| 2 |  Once there, take the door to your immediate front. Upon entering, Willard will order thugs to ambush you. |
| 3 |  Clear all the enemies then head up the stairs to talk to Willard. Tell him to stop the grafting program and let Inez threaten him. This will make him hand over his Keycard to you. |
Find Evidence Against Willard (Optional)
| Step-by-step Walkthrough | |

| 1 |  Hack 9 or Lucky Required (Optional) Go back to Willard's office, then access his terminal with the keycard you got fom him and read all the messages. If you pass the skill/trait check, you'll be able to get the info that Willard is planning to make his own enterprise. |
| 2 |  Speech 2 Required (Optional) At the 3rd floor beside Willard's office, ask scientist Margo Dunkell where her boss keeps his files. Passing the speech check will allow you to learn where Willard's carousal corner is. |
| 3 |  Head to the Best Choice and ride the elevator inside. After exiting, turn to the bookshelves in the first room and climb up into the vent. This path will lead you into the restroom then to the bar. |
| 4 |  Go to the door at the other end of the bar on the lower floor, and use Willard's keycard to enter his VIP room. |
| 5 |  Examine the datapad on the table to get the Reappropriation Records, which is the evidence you need. |
| 6 |  Don't forget to pick up the Pitchball Card: Ilia Daryaei on the couch before leaving. |

| 1 |  Leave Best Choice and head to the Wireless Free Arcadia Studios to broadcast the message that Inez wants everyone in Auntie's Choice to know. |
| 2 |  Enter the Recording Room 1 and speak with Thessaly Falk. |
| 3 |  Proceed with the interview and follow-up Inez's statement with your discovered evidence by selecting this dialogue: ・ We have proof that he funneled money from Auntie to his own business: WHK Enterprises. (Info Required) Thessaly Falk will be ecstatic for the sensational news, and will inform Inez that she will receive a goodie bag as a special guest, completing the quest. |
| 4 |  After the interview, Inez is grateful and has high hopes for the result. Exit the room and pick up Inez's Advanced Mod Kit from the front desk. |
