Spire Grove is a POI located to the southwest of Fairfield in Paradise Island. Once you reach it, a short event triggers where you watch Jackson Plum plunge to his death.
When his body reaches the ground, approach his crumpled corpse and examine it to trigger a conversation with Acquisitional Integrators Othaham and Ferch. Start A Final Death for Gravity by offering to help them out.
To reach Spire Grove, you can either repair the elevator by passing an Engineering 3 check or by hopping on the jutting cliff edges in a short platforming sequence to the top.

After offering to help Othaham and Ferch, head over to Jackson's Corpse again and loot the P.A.L.E. (thruster boots) from his body. He will also have a quest item on him called Recovered Schematics. However, this is used during the Perilous Journey to the Grove task.
| Step-by-step Walkthrough | |
|---|---|
| 1 | ![]() Go to the southeast side of the Auntie's Choice building. Use the conveyor belt ramp or the scaffolding at the side to reach the roof of the building. |
| 2 | ![]() Once on the roof, double jump up to the hanging platforms to the west. |
| 3 | From this very first platform, face south then use your new double jump ability to hop from platform to platform. |
| 4 | ![]() As you near the top, you'll see a table next to a console. Pick up the Drive Overloader from the table. |
| 5 | Keep heading up until you reach the top of the cliff. Then, do a running double jump to reach the top of the harvester. |
| 6 | ![]() You can safely ignore Othaham and Ferch for now. Instead, head inside and find the Harvester Automech Control Unit. Slot the drive overloader into the console to force the harvester to lower itself. If you have Engineering 4 or the Brilliant trait, you'll be able to prevent the system from burning out. This nets you extra Bits when you mention it to Othaham later on. |
After lowering the harvester, speak to Othaham to get your rewards. The normal rewards will be 542 XP, a unique helmet called the Monocular Target-Finder, as well as 350 Bits.
If you passed the Engineering 4 or Brilliant check earlier, you can mention it to Othaham to get 1000 Bits instead of just 350. Alternatively, you can also extort them by passing a Speech 3 check to get the 1000 Bits that way.
During this quest, you can get additional rewards. The first method to get 1000 Bits instead of just 350 is to prevent the burnout of the Harvester's systems:
| 1 | Interact with the Harvester Automech Control Unit then use Engineering 4 or Trait: Brilliant to regulate the drive overloader. |
|---|---|
| 2 | Next, lower the Harvester by slotting in the drive overloader. |
| 3 | Speak to Othaham after the Harvester is lowered and choose the option, Glad you're happy. And, as a bonus, I also adjusted the system so it didn't burn out. This will net you 1000 Bits instead of just 350. |
If you don't have Engineering or the Brilliant trait, you can still get the 1000 Bits if you have at least Speech 3. To get this, mention to Othaham and Ferch that you want more once the Harvester is lowered.
| 1 | Once the tower is lowered, speak to Othaham and Ferch and choose the dialogue option, Which reminds me - I've been rethinking our deal. You should pay me extra. |
|---|---|
| 2 | Next, pass the Speech 3 option by choosing to say The extra makes sure my version of events aligns with yours. Othaham will then cough up the 1000 Bits instead of just 350. |
