Choose between the based on your prefered playstyle. If you prefer stealth, go through Security Ops. You can obtain the Pumping Station Keycard without having to kill Corbin, as well as find a Sentry Blade and free Decoy Grenades. If you prefer combat, go through Central Dispatch. You can replace the soldiers' communications with Earth Directorate propaganda to stop human enemies from spawning in the bridge. You can also find a Stun Baton in this route. |
| The Saboteur of Paradise Should You Side with Kaur or Milverstreet? ① Side with Kaur ② Side with Milverstreet |
Siding with Kaur will lock you out of Milverstreet's quests, preventing you from being able to evacuate Westport. This affects a choice you have to make during The Saboteur of Paradise. Kaur also favors a direct assault on the Vox Relay, which means a lot of required combat segments. Joining Milverstreet will lock you out of Kaur's quests. However, both of them can be achieved by exploring the map and taking on related quests. Milverstreet also offers an easy way into the Vox Relay compared to Kaur. |
| The Saboteur of Paradise Should You Destroy Fairfield or Westport? ① Destroy Fairfield ② Destroy Westport |
Destroying Fairfield will destroy the area (except Ehtel's Lab), lock you out of the side quests, and Inez will permanently leave the party. Destroying Westport will also destroy the area, making Westport inaccessible for the rest of the game, and lock you out of the side quests. |
| The Saboteur of Paradise Should You Kill or Spare Montelli? ① Kill Montelli ② Spare Montelli |
Killing Montelli rewards you with his armor and weapon, as well as +300 XP after a tough boss fight. Sparing Montelli by getting him to surrender will also reward his armor and weapon without having to fight him, and you earn Marshall Corbin's respect. |
| On the Trail of the Traitor Should You Save the Hostages or Not? ① Save the Hostages ② Ignore the Hostages |
Saving the hostages will increase the number of hostile automechs for the next mission, Fiends in High Places. However, this consequence can be nullified with Hack 4 or by using a Bypass Shunt.
Ignoring the hostages will reduce the number of hostile automechs for the next mission, Fiends in High Places. This will reduce your Order faction points by -3 and will lead to the death of all hostages. |

Sparing Victor provides you information about de Vries' plans and he becomes a janitor signifying a brand new life.
Killing Archivist Victor prevents further dialogue about de Vries' plans. |

Sparing Seer Wiley lets you avoid the boss fight, you are awarded the key by the Abbot, makes convincing de Vries more easy, and you unlock his endings.
Killing Seer Wiley lessens the chances of you talking down de Vries and prevents his endings. |

Sparing De Vries can lead to the best outcome with zero casualties.
Killing De Vries affects the game's ending screen. |
| A Complication with the Computronic Cerebrum Which UENIAC Personality Should You Choose for the Archive? ① Blue Node: Actuational ② Yellow Node: Profitalist ③ Red Node: Sovereignist |
The Blue Node aligns with The Order, keeping the faction happy with UENIAC's priority to help humanity towards ultimate ascendance.
The Yellow Node aligns with Auntie's Choice, with them being happy with UENIAC's priority to seize profit. The Red Node aligns with the Protectorate. The two main factions will be upset with the setting that aligns with the Protectorate's idealogies. |
| A Complication with the Computronic Cerebrum Should You Side with Auntie’s Choice or the Order? ① Side with Auntie’s Choice ② Side with The Order ③ Choose the Alliance ④ Do Not Side with Either |
Siding with Auntie's Choice will take control of Arcadia to make the colony a corporate juggernaught. The Order will now be hostile to you.
Siding with the Order will give them control of Arcadia and make it a safe, scientific research forward colony. Auntie's Choice will now be hostile to you. If you completed An Equitable Arrangement and make the two factions form an alliance, they will work together to make Arcadia thrive and help you in the final quest. Keeping the Archive for yourself will make both factions hostile and maintain the power struggle in a disorganized Arcadia. |
| Sins of the Past on the Precipice of the Future Should You Spare or Kill the Consul? ① Spare the Consul ② Kill the Consul |
Sparing the Consul leads to the best outcome with him willingly sacrificing himself to save Arcadia.
If you want to kill the Consul, you must go through a tough final boss fight and sacrifice someone else after. |

| Above and Beyond Repair Should You Sabotage or Fix the Automech Repair Center? ① Sabotage the ARC ② Fix the Zyranium Leak |
Sabotaging the ARC locks you out of getting the rewards from the Vanquishing the Vexing Vapors side quest. However, if you sided with Kaur, you'll get the full rewards for Above and Beyond Repair. Fixing the Zyranium leak will save the ARC and net you all the rewards of Vanquishing the Vexing Vapors. However, if you sided with Kaur, Above and Beyond Repair will fail, locking you out of its rewards. |
| The Brain Benders of Auntie's Choice! Should You Sabotage Westport? ① Sabotage Westport ② Leave Westport Alone |
Sabotaging Westport will get the residents to leave and defect to Fairfield. If you have not done The Saga of Malfunctioning Mechanicals prior to sabotaging Westport, it will be missed, causing you to lose out on its rewards. Leaving Westport alone will limit the amount of safe targets you can pick when determing the target of the Vox Relay during the Saboteur of Paradise. |
| Pinching the Pupa Should You Give the Pupa to Bradford or Wentworth? ① Give Pupa to Bradford ② Give Pupa to Wentworth |
Giving the Pupa to Bradford may pose long term consequences with the only upside gaining more faction points (+3).
Giving the Pupa to Wentworth is the safer option with no negative dialouges after the decision. Only gives +1 in faction points. Giving the Pupa to either one will not change the quest rewards. |
| Present and Future Company Excluded Should You Side with the Order or the Displaced? ① Side with the Order ② Side with the Voice of the Displaced |
Siding with the Order prevents all casualties as everyone will be able to evacuate the area before the rockslide hits.
If you sided with the Displaced Voice, a lot of refugees will die as they will not evacuate the area. |

Choosing Anchoress Chao rewards you with a missable armor Repellent Awakened Seer Robes.
Choosing Brun rewards you with a missable weapon Sawed-Off Heavy Machine Gun. Only one reward can be chosen. |

Choosing to side with Svaboda makes Alva the traitor.
Choosing to side with Alva makes Svaboda the traitor. Siding with Alva also grants you a new companion, Marisol. |
| Controlling for Convenience Should You Mix in the Liquid Tracer or Not? ① Mix the Liquid Tracer ② Do not Mix the Liquid Tracer |
Mixing the Liquid Tracer will give you the same rewards with an additional modifier to the Plasma Pistol and reputation at the cost of EXP.
Not mixing the Liquid Tracer will give you the same rewards, without the Plasma Pistol mod, but more EXP. |

This choice decides the abilities Inez will have access to. Grafting the Crabble will allow Inez to shoot a plasma projectile that pierces armor when using her companion ability. Grafting the Raptidon allows Inez to use stealth and deploy a healing mist near you when using her companion ability. A Crabble graft gives some of her perks an offensive upgrade, while the Raptidon graft modifies some of her perks to be more defensive. |
| Pressing Cares Should You Let Audra Die? ① Refuse Audra's Plan ② Accept Audra's Plan ③ Convince Audra to Abandon Plan |
Refusing to help Audra with her plan will upset Niles and will instead help her destroy the ship. Accepting Audra's plan will let you help her destroy the ship, and Niles and Zebulon will be more at peace knowing you helped her. Convincing Audra to abandon her plan will let you escape the ship with her, and Niles and Zebulon will be much happier with this outcome. |

If you spare Perrault, he voluntarily hands the Navkey to the Oculus Collating Post (chosen in dialogue). Killing Sentinel Perrault prevents the dialogue where he informs you, Tristan, and Virgil about his next mission. |
| Listening For a Clue Should You Spare or Kill Luther Okada? ① Spare Luther Okada ② Kill Luther Okada |
If you spare Luther Okada, Tristan expresses his relief by trusting your judgment. If you kill Luther Okada, Tristan will start to question the morality of his actions. |
| A Most Extraordinary Specimen Should You Spare or Kill Dr. Rasmussen? ① Spare Dr. Rasmussen ② Kill Dr. Rasmussen |
If you spare Dr. Rasmussen, you will get two choose between two grafts and proceed with the Half-Truths in Advertisement quest. If you kill Dr. Rasmussen, you will get the Graft Stabilization Matrix and proceed with the Full Measures quest. |
| A Most Extraordinary Specimen Ursopod Graft or Mantisaur Graft? ① Graft Inez with the Ursopod Mucus Gland ② Graft Inez with the Mantiswarm Hive |
This choice decides the additional perk that Inez gets after sparing Dr. Rasmussen. Grafting the Ursopod will allow Inez's healing mist to give you regenerating temporary health that acts like a shield. Grafting the Mantiswarm will allow Inez's healing mist to come with a Mantiswarm that terrifies enemies in its radius. Ursopod Graft is best for general use, while the Mantiswarm graft is best for melee builds. |
| The Midpoint to the Endpoint Should You Full Burn, Near Full, or Partial Burn the Evidence Rooms? ① Partial Burn ② Near Full ③ Full Burn |
With a Partial Burn, you get the most rewards at 2000 Bits and +6 Auntie's Choice Rep, and Marisol will remain neutral with the choice. With a Near Full burn, Marisol will agree more with this decision, but you'll receive a smaller 650 Bits and +2 Rep reward. At Full Burn, Auntie's Choice will mark you as an Outlaw and lose -6 Rep with them, the troops outside becoming hostile. However, Marisol fully agrees with this decision. |
