Found across a broken bridge and across a lake at the northwestern part of the map.

Find All 5 Lightning Rod Towers
After you reach the Grounding Station, you can start the quest by talking to Exemplar Simon. Alternatively, the quest can also start once you calibrate any of the 5 Towers even before talking to Simon.
Once the quest starts, you'll be tasked to find 5 Lightning Towers throughout Praetor. You can refer to the list and map above for their locations.
Return to Exemplar Simon
Once you find all 5 Lightning Towers, return to Exemplar Simon. He'll reward you with 15 Storm Grenades along with its recipe for crafting.
