Outer Worlds 2 Plaque Puzzle Solution

Northeast of Scrapper’s Den, there’s a ruined memorial with a statue surrounded by four plaques on the ground. Each plaque displays a fallen soldier’s rank, while the plaque on the statue itself mentions the year of their demise, which is 2359.

To solve the puzzle, you need to input 2359 using the buttons on the four plaques on the ground that correspond to those numbers or the fallen soldier's ranks. Standing in front of the statue, start from the plaque on the far right, the second from the left, the second from the right, and the far left.

Doing so will raise a statue, revealing a hidden door underneath. Enter the door to claim your reward!

Summa Doctoral Robes and Seer Tutelary Master

Outer Worlds 2 Plaque Rewards

Behind the hidden door, you’ll find the Summar Doctoral Robes next to the plaque. This armor grants +15% Evasion Chance, +5% Damage Resistance, and +25% Combat Sprint Speed.

Open the display case behind the plaque to obtain the Seer Tutelary Master, a head armor piece that grants +5% Critical Chance and +55% Critical Damage.
