Send the Vox Relay into space or sabotage Westport to save Fairfield in The Outer Worlds 2. Learn how to save Fairfield from getting destroyed in this guide!

How to Save Fairfield
Send Vox Relay Into Space with Hack 4 or Lucky
If you have at least Hack Level 4 or the Lucky trait, you can send the Vox Relay into space at the end of The Saboteur of Paradise to save Fairfield from destruction. With this, you can pretty much skip sabotaging Westport, as having Hack Level 4 already gives you the best option to save Fairfield from the get-go.
If you do not have Hack Level 4 or Lucky, follow the proceeding steps!
Unlock The Brain Benders of Auntie's Choice! Side Quest
To save Fairfield during The Saboteur of Paradise, sabotage Westport or convince all of Westport's residents to evacuate.
To do this, talk to Minister Milverstreet in the town hall upon arriving in Fairfield and accept the A Refreshing Bit of News side quest. Complete it, and you will immediately start The Brain Benders of Auntie’s Choice! side quest, where you can sabotage Westport. Note that starting Milverstreet's questline will lock you out of Officer Kaur's questline.
The Brain Benders of Auntie's Choice! Walkthrough
Sabotage Westport
During The Brain Benders of Auntie’s Choice! side quest, you must get the residents to leave Westport. You can do this by sabotaging the town’s facilities, namely its generator, broadcast station, and water supply. Once you’re done, return to Vigilant Hogarth, and all of Westport will defect to Fairfield.
Convince Westport to Defect with Speech 4
If you have at least Speech Level 4, you can convince key people to have Westport defect to Fairfield without sabotaging the town.
Continue The Saboteur of Paradise Main Quest
Once you’ve completed The Brain Benders of Auntie’s Choice! and sabotaged Westport, you can continue The Saboteur of Paradise main quest as usual.
The Saboteur of Paradise Walkthrough
Set Vox Relay's Crash Destination to Westport
At the end of The Saboteur of Paradise, you’ll have to choose where to crash the Vox Relay. Since you sabotaged Westport, the town will become one of the choices for crashing the ship, saving Fairfield from destruction.
