Talk to Trooper Ward in Cloister Underlands
During the A Complication with the Computronic Cerebrum main quest, talk to Trooper Ward in Cloister Underlands. She is located inside the camp behind Initiate Vance, whom you'll meet next to the lift.

| Step-by-step Walkthrough | |

| 1 |  After accepting Trooper Ward's request, exit the camp and head southwest for the storage building across the bridge. Be careful, as there are plenty of landmines and Ursopods on the bridge. |
| 2 |  Inside the Supply Depot, if you go inside the room to the right, you'll come upon two Auntie's Choice technicians arguing. You can intervene or just let them be, regardless of your choice you'll still be able to find the medicine sachet that Trooper Ward asked you to find. If one of them lives, you can get a hint that the package is in one of the rifts. |
| 3 |  Go into the main room where you'll find two rifts. Open the first rift using the Rift Anomaly Modulator to make a path above then climb the stairs. ➤ How to Get Rift Anomaly Modulator |
| 4 |  Afterward, ride the lift then go forward near the walkway and open the second rift. |
| 5 |  Proceed to the reconstructed walkway to reach the other side. Finally, examine the floating container to get the Reconstituted Drug Package along with an Icebreaker. |
