Talk to Bardot in the Cell in Fort Endurance
During the Invocation of Inconclusive Innocence, Officer Durban will mention that he needs your help with a poisoning incident involving one of his medical specialists. To start the quest, head to Fort Endurance and talk to Bardot, who is held in the cell.

Ask Bardot About the Incident
After speaking with Officer Durban, proceed to Fort Endurance. Once you pass through the main gate, look for the cell immediately to your right to find and talk to Sibella Bardot. Select the dialogue choices that make her explain what happened. You will learn from her that Cuddy might have died because he is allergic to crabble.
Tell Officer Abner About Cuddy's Allergies
Once the conversation is done, find the security officer Abner. He is by the desk near the bank of lockers. Upon telling him that Cuddy died because of crabble allergy, you'll find out who is truly responsible for the food poisoning. Accept to do his request to continue the quest.
Retrieve the Acidic Dematerializer
If you have completed Valerie's companion quest A Healthy Improvement, you will already have the Auntie's Acidic Dematerializer in your inventory. Otherwise, you will need to go back to the Incognito to retrieve it from the lockbox.
How to Get Auntie's Acidic Dematerializer
Dematerialize Chief Cuddy's Corpse
Chief Cuddy's Corpse is located inside the tower adjacent to the Fort's gate. It is across from Bardot's cell and is cordoned off by a barrier.
Since it is a restricted area, you must bypass the guard and the barrier by jumping over or crouching to prevent raising an alert. Once you find Cuddy's body, use your dematerializer on it.
Return to Officer Abner
After the corpse is nothing but just green goo, report back to Abner. He will reward you with 500 Bits for fulfilling his request.
Ensure Bardot is Released
Head back to Bardot to make sure she has been released. You will find her walking out of the cell and thanking you for your help. This completes the quest and updates The Invocation of Inconclusive Innocence.

If you have Space Ranger, you get a dialog choice with Bardot after she's released that serves the function of telling her Abner did it. She says she has a relative that's a company exec and Abner is going down, etc etc, but we don't get to see anything happen. She picks up a broom and starts sweeping right after you end the conversation with her. 🤷♂️
