Outer Worlds 2 Heal Food

If you’ve run out of Inhalers, pressing the Heal button will automatically consume food to restore your Health. This is indicated by the fork and knife icon below your Health bar.

How to Get More Inhaler Charges

Outer Worlds 2 Eat Food Inventory

You can also eat from the Inventory. Go to the Food & Drinks tab and select a food or drink to restore your health. Hovering over an item will also show how much it restores, as shown by the green bar of the Health Bar on the left side.

Eat Loot in the Overworld

Outer Worlds 2 Eat Food Overworld

When you find food or drinks as loot in the overworld, you can consume them instantly to restore your Health and without adding them to your inventory.
