How to Unlock Forbidden Secrets of the Undisputed Claim
Find the Suspicious Character and Meet Middle Manager Twombly
This quest will be mentioned if you speak to the Suspicious Character in the Value-Added Esplanade of the Undisputed Claim. The Suspicious Character hands you a note from Middle Manager Twombly, asking to meet him at the Back Deck Steerage area.
Head over to the meeting place, speak to Middle Manager Twombly, and listen to his business proposal to start the quest.

Meet Middle Manager Twombly in the Back Deck Steerage

| 1 | Find the Suspicious Character in the Value-Added Esplanade. Read the note she gave you, then ride the tram to the Back Deck Steerage to meet with Middle Manager Twombly. |
| 2 |  Once you arrive, head east down the hallway until you reach a large double door. Step inside and speak to Middle Manager Twombly. |
| 3 |  Twombly will ask you to collect information on three individuals; starting with Melquiades Alcantara and a janitor with an armed escort. Specifically, Twombly wants the Secret Recipe for the Raptidon Bite drink and the mysterious janitor's secrets. Once you're done speaking with Twombly, fast travel to the Head Office Tower to start investigating. |

| 1 |  Enter the Head Office Tower and take a right turn to the Value-Added Esplanade. Continue walking straight until you reach The Bottom Runger bar. Speak to Intoxicant Facilitator Showalter at the counter. |
| 2 |  Showalter will tell you that the proprietor, Alcantara, is in his office likely working on a batch of Raptidon's Bite. To find the office, look to the right and walk down the hallway. But before reaching the exit, turn right once more to the doorway with a Corporate Trooper standing guard. Enter the doorway. |
| 3 |  Inside, you will see Alcantara dead. Speak to Corporate Investigator Yoshida to ask what happened. Once done, go back to Intoxicant Facilitator Showalter to tell him about his boss. He will name a possible suspect to the murder: Vallow Andrews. Leave the conversation and head to The Best Choice bar. |
| 4 |  The Best Choice is located on the western side of the Esplanade. The entrance is on a wall near the office where Alcantara is murdered. Head inside and speak to Contract Inebriator Dingsdale at the counter who'll tell you Vallow Andrews is on her office to the right. |
| 5 |  Confront Vallow Andrews, and she'll be willing to part with the Secret Recipe in certain conditions. The following are some of the methods to do get the Secret Recipe from Andrews: ① Pass a Speech 9 skill check to get the Secret Recipe for free. ② Buy the recipe off her for 5000 Bits. ③ Pickpocket the recipe from Andrews. (Requires Pickpocket perk) |
| 6 |  Once the Secret Recipe is acquired, exit The Best Choice but do not leave the area yet, as the next objective is right outside this bar. Look to your immediate left and you will see Amos, the mysterious janitor with an armed escort. |
Learn the Mysterious Individual's Secrets
Amos is surrounded by Corporate Trooper guards but there is no consequence to come near him. To start learning his secrets, ask Amos to have a drink at the bar. You'll be able to ask about himself and Auntie Cleo. However, you can only ask two out of the three dialogue options before he moves on to the next topic.
It's recommended to choose dialogue that gets Amos progressively drunk so he'll reveal his big secret at the end. Otherwise, a sober Amos will be hesitant to tell you more. Once you're done, return to Middle Manager Twombly in the Back Deck Steerage.
Note: Information you learned from Amos, including his big secret, does not affect the outcome or rewards of this quest.
Return to Middle Manager Twombly
Speak to Middle Manager Twombly to hand over the Secret Recipe and share what you've learned about Amos and Auntie Cleo. It doesn't matter what information from Amos you share, the Middle Managers are still happy with your discoveries. For your effort, you will be rewarded with 850 Bits.
Twombly will now ask you to interrogate the third individual, The Man in the Moon Man Mask who is currently imprisoned at The Brig. Fast travel to Head Office Tower.
Interrogate The Man in the Moon Man Mask
Once you arrive at the Head Office Tower, walk straight into Market Compliance and take the elevator to The Brig...by Corporate Compliance! Speak to the The Man in the Moon Man Mask in the cell at the far end of the room. Tell him that you're here to speak with him.
Before he tells his story, The Moon Man will ask you to put his recorded audio cartridge into the PA system so he can extract verbal revenge. Start with finding the audio cartridge.
Rig the PA System for The Moon Man

| 1 |  The Moon Man's audio cartridge is in the sealed room behind Auxillary Dabbler Klong, the warden in the counter. Speak with Klong. |
| 2 |  Klong is willing to open the door for you, for a price. You can pay her 500 Bits, or if you have Speech 9, she'll reduce the bribe to 250 Bits. Grab the Confiscated Audio Cartridge from the table inside the room. Then, fast travel to Client Intake to find the PA System. |
| 3 |  Walk straight and enter Client Intake. Take the stairs up, and enter the doorway to the right. The PA System is the second door on the right side. Enter the room and look for the controls on the corner, then insert the audio cartridge. Once done, return to The Man in the Moon Man Mask in The Brig. |
| 4 |  The Man in the Moon Man Mask will thank you for your work, and share what he knows about the Spacer's Choice and Auntie Cleo merger. Bring this information back to Middle Manager Twombly. |
Report to Middle Manager Twombly
Speak to Middle Manager Twombly and tell him what you have learned from The Man in the Moon Man Mask. This time, Twombly and the Middle Managers will not take this information well. The Middle Managers will turn hostile and attack you. The quest ends, and you can loot 2500 Bits from Twombly.
However, if you have Speech 9, you can convince Twombly, and the Middle Managers will not turn hostile. He will give you 2500 Bits as payment and the quest will end.
Forbidden Secrets of the Undisputed Claim Choices
Convincing Twombly to Not Attack
Twombly can be convinced to not attack if you pass a Speech 9 skill check. This will not turn the Middle Managers hostile and you are still rewarded with 2500 Bits.

Anonymous 19 daysWhen using the speech check on the guard it costs 250 bits. While it does not say this my bits dropped from 61,507 to 61,257. There does not seem to be a way to complete the quest on anti consumerist.
