A Collection of Rogues is a collectible quest that tasks you to find 15 cards in the Outer Worlds 2. Read on for a full walkthrough of the quest, including info on how to unlock it, its rewards, and a list of all Pitchball and Tossball card locations.

A Collection of Rogues Walkthrough
Find 15 Cards
To start the quest, collect any number of pitchball and tossball cards or all 15 cards obtainable from the Incognito, Horizon Point Station, Paradise Island, and Free Market Station. You can refer to the list and map above for their locations. Some of the cards require skill checks you need to pass in order to get them.
Talk to Fionna at the 2nd Choice Bar in Free Market Station
After completing The Saboteur of Paradise, upon returning to the Incognito, you will find that Golden Ridge and the Free Market Station are unlocked in the Astrogator. Head to the Free Market Station, then go to 2nd floor of the 2nd Choice bar and talk to Fionna F. Walker.
No matter how many cards you have, Fionna will challenge you into a card battle
. Accept her challenge to progress the quest. If you do not have all 15 cards, she will just ask you to return once you have collected the required total.
Return to Card Collector Fionna
Once you've found 15 cards, return to Fionna and agree to her challenge again. This time you'll win just for having the required number of set.
When complete, you will receive 810 XP for fulfilling the objective and 1080 XP for completing the quest. Fionna will also open up her shop for you, the Card Collector's Curios, which is located at the locked room behind her.

 How to Get:
Found behind a poster, which requires Observation to open. Can be found in the tiny trench in between the Scrappers' Den and Mantisaur Nest fast travel points.

Found in a small structure southeast of the Mantisaur Nest fast travel point in Golden Ridge.

 How to Get:
Found in the first floor restroom of the Extractorium in Golden Ridge.

 How to Get:
Found in the safe in your room in the Incognito. Can be lockpicked, or you can find the key in the engine room.

 How to Get:
Found on a locker door in a small room in Security Ops - Main Level in Horizon Point Station. This is the same room where you finally obtain a knife for stealth kills. This same card will appear in Central Dispatch if you decide to take that route instead.

Found on a locker door in a small room in Central Dispatch - Main Level in Horizon Point Station. This is the same room where you have to fix a Transformer valve to proceed. This same card will appear in Security Ops if you decide to take that route instead.

Held by a scarecrow in a field to the west of the Fairfield Clinic.

Found in a house on the very western edge of Westport, Paradise Island.

Found inside the chest at the northern part of Westport.

 How to Get:
Found on top of the roof of the small building in the Ministry of Accuracy in Paradise Island.

 How to Get:
In a hidden alcove covered by Crabble eggs.

 How to Get:
Found on a table in a building inside the Arbiter Training Facility. This building is the one adjacent to the firing range.

 How to Get:
On a chair high up on a cliff. You can get up here by progressing through the side quest A Final Death for Gravity and platforming up the huge rocks using the double jump ability you get during this quest.

Reward for sending in five magazines to Redactor Quesnel for the collectible quest In Pursuit of Purloined Propaganda.

Found on the second floor of the Bridge of the Reverent north of Fairfield, near the bridge switch and computer terminal.

Inside the first floor Armory of the Bridge of the Reverent, alongside the Shock Rifle.

Found on the southern table of Deck 4 inside the Skycutter.

 How to Get:
Found inside the container chest on Deck 7 inside the Skycutter.

 How to Get:
Found on a body on the shore east of the Vox Relay. You can get to this area by following the secret path to the Vox Relay west of Westport, by jumping across the crashed ship on the water.

 How to Get:
Found in the Raptidon Den. In the largest part of the den, climb up the rock ledge to reach a hidden alcove with the Tossball Card on the ground next to a severed arm.

Found in Montelli's secret vault in Vox Relay Station. Requires Observation 5 to open.

Found on a body at the bottom part of N-Ray Range Sub-level 2, right before you head down into Sub-level 3.

A Collection of Rogues Rewards
Unlock Card Collector's Curios
Fionna will reward you with access to her shop, the Card Collector's Curios, for collecting a total of 15 Pitchball and Tossball Cards and for completing the quest.
The Card Collector's Curios can be accessed by talking to Fionna in the previously locked room behind her at the 2nd floor of the 2nd Choice Bar in Free Market Station. Her wares include Unique items and the Pitchball Card: Matt Booty.
