Offer Your Help to Vigilant Hogarth in Westport

The Saga of Malfunctioning Mechanicals is unlocked by offering to help Vigilant Hogarth with Westport's mech problem. Westport - a Protectorate settlement - can be found along the eastern coast of Paradise Island.
Note: If you're currently doing the quest, The Brain Benders of Auntie's Choice!, you'll want to complete this side quest first. Otherwise, you risk softlocking the quest once Vigilant Hogarth moves to Fairfield.

Obtain the ARC Pass from the Ministry of Accuracy
To get the parts needed by Vigilant Hogarth, you'll first need to get a pass that allows you to enter the Automech Repair Center (ARC). You can print the ARC Pass at the Ministry of Accuracy (where you first find Inez).
Note: If your character has Engineering 3 or a combination of Engineering 2 and Speech 3, you can skip getting the pass and instead head directly to the ARC.
| How to to Get the ARC Access Pass | |

| 1 |  Head to the Ministry of Accuracy located on the southwestern coast of Paradise Island. |
| 2 |  Outside the building will be a few Raptidons to take care of. Head inside once the coast is clear and you'll meet Inez, a potential Companion. |
| 3 |  Head through the only unsealed door behind Inez (the other door in the room is locked) and clear out the Raptidons inside this large main hall. |
| 4 |  The Terminal containing the Access Pass is located on the second floor. Use the ladder on the wall near the door you entered from to climb onto the rafters. Then, jump across a broken walkway to reach the Terminal. Access it and print the ARC Pass. |
Head Over to the Automech Repair Center (ARC)
Once you have the pass, head over to the ARC. It will be directly south of Westport (just follow the road). Upon arriving, speak to Cade Tierny and show him the ARC Pass to gain access to the location.
Obtain the Automech Replacement Parts from the ARC
| Step-by-step Walkthrough | |

| 1 |  From the gate, keep moving south until you arrive at a large hangar area. Once there, turn right to reach the main compound of the ARC. You'll know you're in the right area once you see both Marshal Donelson and Chief Mechanist Woodrow Contos. |
| 2 |  From the main courtyard, look to the northwest. You should see a large building with a lit sign just past the ARC infirmary. Head over to it. |
| 3 |  Once you're in front of the building, look for a broken robot nearby. It should be underneath the lamppost to the left of the blue door. |
| 4 | Next to the broken robot is an orange box you can climb. Platform up to the roof of the building to find the Automech Replacement Parts needed by Vigilant Hogarth. |
Return to Vigilant Hogarth for Your Reward
Once you have the Automech Replacement Parts, fast travel back to Westport. Then, head back up to Vigilant Hogarth and give him the parts to receive your reward.
For your troubles, you'll get info on how to reach the northern part of Paradise Island on top of 1080 XP and a unique repeater rifle called Emergency Stop.

On top of the item rewards, Vigilant Hogarth will also give you the Writ of Conscription. This key item will allow you to sneak into the Vox Relay during The Saboteur of Paradise main quest.
Note: If you're currently doing the side quest, The Brain Benders of Auntie's Choice!, make sure to help Hogarth before completing it so that you can squeeze Milverstreet for an extra 350 Bits once you finish his side quest.
