What to Do With Cards?

Cards Grant Permanent Stat Bonuses

Picking up any Tossball or Pitchball Card will immediately grant you permanent upgrades to your stats, so long as you have them in your inventory.

These stat boosts include increases to Damage, Max Health, Toxicity Threshold, Critical Chance, and more! So make sure to keep your eyes peeled for Cards out in the outer wilds.

You receive the A Collection of Rogues collectible quest from Fiona F. Walker on the second floor of the Saloon in Free Market Station.

Collect 15 of these cards to access her heavily guarded room, as well as the secret wares she peddles in her shop, Card-Collector's Curios.

Also found Max Goeltner in the same trench where you find Olli Machina (with observation). Goeltner is in the first room, on the dart board to the right

I haven't seen anyone mention Hannah Kennedy. She's in a container in the locked [lockpick 5 iirc] room of the tram station, as soon as you get to Golden Ridge
