The Glorious Dawn report, or the study about the nature of rifts, can be found on a terminal inside the room to the right of the Rift Modulator. Any of your companions should comment after you find out the information, and talking to Aza will result in her saying that she does not wish to discuss it. We will edit the wording of the guide, but we hope this comment helps!
Where is the glorious dawn report at in the IRC?
Hi. It isn't mandatory completing one or both the main quests to trigger "Stabbing in the Shadow", as being in Praetor: after the first of Aza, both Cloister and Praetor will have Glory of Dawn camps. Simply interact with a communication device of one of these (the step 1 of this guide) and the quest will begin.
