How to Unlock A Sprat to Die For
Ask Commander Torres About Scrabbles
Commander Torres will be very dismissive when you first meet him. Press his buttons and ask him about Scrabbles to get the task, A Sprat to Die For. Choose the following dialogue options when speaking to Torres for the first time:

| 3 | I heard your subordinate mention a "Scrabbles" earlier. What is that? |

A Sprat to Die For Walkthrough
Retrieve Scrabbles from the Minefield
After speaking to Commander Torres, you're next task is to retrieve Scrabbles from the minefield. If you have points in Observation, you can go slow and take out the mines one by one. However, it'll be easier to simply book it until you reach Scrabbles' location.
When reaching for Scrabbles, try not to inch your way too close since there will be at least 1 mine in close proximity to the doll. If you don't think you can slow your approach, shoot out the mine before picking up the toy.
Return Scrabbles to Commander Torres
Once you have Scrabbles, backtrack to Commander Torres. Give him Scrabbles and he'll reward you with an assortment of items including an Adreno Spume Boom Starter inhaler, a Light Pistol Reflex Sight (and its recipe), as well as 350 Bits.

Completing A Sprat to Die unlocks a unique perk called Scrabbles. With this perk, Bits found in containers will be increased by +5%!

Anonymous about 1 monthI finished all of the conversation choices before running out and grabbing the sprat from the minefield. Now Torres won't give the quest rewards. Anyone else?

Please check if you've already acquired said Perk in your character's Summary after conversing with Torres, as the pop-up for quest rewards do not show when in conversation sometimes.
