Tier 1 Chests can be found in Monarch's Bluffs, Everfall, Windsward, and First Light. Tier 2 Chests are most common in Cutlass Keys, Brightwood, and Weaver's Fen. Tier 3 Chests are most common in all the northern regions, but can also be found in Restless Shore and Ebonscale Reach.
