Looted From Ruth Basar in Laplace’s Garden

Looted From Ruth Basar

The Bishop's Regalia armor can be obtained by killing and looting Ruth Basar during the A Complication With the Computronic Cerebrum main quest, located in Laplace’s Garden on Cloister.

If you miss it, you’ll have another opportunity to obtain it after completing the An Equitable Arrangement faction quest.

Be warned, killing Ruth Basar will turn The Order of the Ascendant hostile, and you will no longer be able to earn reputation with the faction.
