Get Lockbox From Cold Storage on Cloister Underlands

The High Security Lockbox containing the Gunner's Mobile Turret Suit armor can be looted from the Cold Storage - Main Level in Cloister Underlands, accessible through the Archive on Cloister.

You’ll come across this location during the A Complication With the Computronic Cerebrum main quest, where you’ll need to transfer the rift program data brick from Cold Storage.

With the High Security Lockbox in your possession, the Gunner's Mobile Turret Suit armor can be obtained by unlocking it inside Incognito.

To open it, you’ll need 6 Advanced Decryption Keys, which can be found as loot drops or earned as rewards from quests and bounties.

If the Gunner's Mobile Turret Suit doesn’t appear as the current reward, you can press the switch on the left side of the lockbox to browse and cycle through available rewards until it shows up.
