Open the Rift Anomaly East of The Bridge of the Revenant
The Goomerang can be obtained from a chest inside the Rift Anomaly located east of The Bridge of the Revenant on Paradise Island.
You’ll need the Rift Anomaly Modulator gadget to stabilize the anomaly and retrieve The Goomerang.
