Get Lockbox Under Overhanging Cliff
The High Security Lockbox containing the Native Species armor can be looted below an overhanging cliff, located in the northwestern part of Westport on Paradise Island.
You’ll also come across this area during the The Lab That Shouted Incoherently and Often side quest, where you’ll be tasked with collecting Red Spore Samples.

Unlock Native Species at Incognito
With the High Security Lockbox in your possession, Native Species can be obtained by unlocking it inside Incognito.
To unlock it, you’ll need 5 Advanced Decryption Keys, which can be acquired as loot drops or earned as rewards from quests and bounties.
If the Native Species doesn’t appear as the current reward, you can press the switch on the left side of the lockbox to browse and cycle through available rewards until it shows up.
