Good shit this actually worked for me!! Pumped to get back into new world after:)
this exact thing is happening to me, and i completely reinstalled the game.
I had this error on 10-07-21 All you have to do is right click properties on your steam application for new world > Browse the local files for the game > Open the file called 'Easy Anti Cheat Setup' > Click repair > Click Finish > Launch New World like normal.
all this to say theres no fix what a waste or our time and your time
i have been playing all week.. all of a sudden i can't get on because of this error.
Worked fine. Can't fix it now with this error...
This is very annoying..........
I just wanna play the game bro. Wtf can it just work already. It's never playable when i am trying to play for different reasons
