The mannequins are originally fought in the Dead Sea. Unfortunately, the Dead Sea will become inacessible later on so if you still need to get some shiny materials, this is an alternative area to farm them for all shiny material type. There is also a save point nearby so you can easily get different characters for different summon elements.
