You can forge weapons using the Smith Spirit or by going to a Blacksmith's at Arni Village, Termina, and Guldove. How to Forge Weapons

Forge Weapons at Blacksmiths

Arni Village	Termina	Guldove

To forge a weapon, head to Arni Village, Termina, or Guldove and look for the Blacksmith. Each weapon requires specific materials so the Blacksmith can forge it for you. Make sure that you have all the materials needed to forge the weapon you want and enough money to pay for the Blacksmith's service.

Forge Stronger Weapons as You Progress Through the Story

As you progress through the game, the Blacksmiths can forge stronger weapons. Make sure to check on their shops from time to time to see if they have a stronger weapon available!

Forge Weapons With the Smith Spirit

Alternatively, you can use the Smith Spirit to forge weapons anywhere on the World Map or at a Record of Fate. With this item, you don't need to backtrack to towns just to upgrade your party's weapons!

Get the Smith Spirit From Zappa

Recruit Zappa

After beating Radius in Return to Arni (Home World), he'll join your party and will insist that everyone head to Termina. Once in Termina, enter Zappa's shop with Radius in your party. Zappa will then join your party and hand Lynx the Smith Spirit.

Find Forging Materials From Enemies and Chests

You can get forging materials by defeating enemies or stealing from them using Mel, Fargo, or Kid. You can also find forging materials inside chests as you explore the world with your party.
