Steal the Big Egg at Fossil Valley (Another World) Go to Fort Dragonia (Home World)

Return to Fort Dragonia with the Big Egg as Lynx

Steal the Big Egg From the Dodo at Fossil Valley (Another World)

Go to Fossil Valley (Another World) and tell the man guarding the ladder that you're a group of exorcists. Climb the ladder and head down the vertebrae to your left. When the man standing near the vertebrae warns you, just ignore him and keep heading down.

You'll find a bird guarding a Big Egg, quickly steal it and run away. If you're not fast enough, the bird will engage you in a fight.

Go to Fort Dragonia (Home World)

Draggy is recruitable any time the moment you have access to Fort Dragonia (Home World).

Once you have the Big Egg, head to Fort Dragonia (Home World). Take the elevator down and place the Big Egg in the center incubator. Draggy will break away from her shell and joins your party!

Sporting the highest stamina recovery and a bulky defensive stat makes her the one of the best support character for refilling other character's stamina by occupying more turns than the others. She can also be a healbot by plugging in consumables which she will have no trouble using due to how easy it is for Draggy to rack up Elemental levels.

How to Unlock Draggy Level 7 Tech Skill

Bring Draggy to Fossil Valley Another World

Draggy's level 7 tech Big Breath is obtained by bringing Draggy to Fossil Valley Another World. Head up the ladder and when you approach the large dragon skull, a short scene will trigger which rewards you the Big Breath Tech Skill.

This can be done at any point in the game after gaining access to Draggy.

Serge Meeting Draggy

Draggy is born out of the Big Egg found in Fossil Valley (Another World). After hatching from an incubator in Fort Dragonia (Home World), Draggy asks where her parents and others of his kind are.

After checking the other incubators beside him, he joins the party in order to learn what has happened to her kind.

Does Draggy Evolve?

Unfortunately, Draggy does not evolve. The only recruitable character that has any form of evolution in Chrono Cross is Pip.
