How to Recruit Razzly and Unlock Level 7 Tech Skill

Recruit Razzly by Saving Her From the Pentapus

Choose to Save Kid

You can recruit Razzly by saving her from the Pentapus found in the Hydra Marshes (Home World).

Firstly, choose to help save Kid during the Guldove (Another World) chapter. Take note that choosing to save Kid will lock you out of recruit other chracters like Glenn.
Should You Save Kid?

Return to Hydra Marshes (Home World)

Once you have accepted the request to save Kid, go to Hydra Marshes (Home World) and talk to the man so he will let you in.

Once inside, head west and trigger a scene where you see a green fairy heading inside a cave west of the entrance. Follow the fairy.

Do not go east to fight the Hydra right away. This will lock you out of recruiting Razzly.

Defeat the Beebas

Following the fairy will cause your party to engage in three consecutive battles, so be prepared.

First, you'll need to fight the Beebas. After the battle, a Beeba will give you a chest. Get the Beeba Flute inside.

Defeat the Wingapede and Pentapus

Use the Beeba Flute to summon the Wingapede in the clearing east of where you fought the Beebas.

After battling the Wingapede in the Hydra Marshes(Home World), Serge and his party falls down a hole. There they'll meet Razzly who has been captured by the now unconscious Pentapus.

Talking to Razzly will trigger the fight against Pentapus, so be sure you're prepared before doing so!

After defeating the Pentapus, talk to Razzly once more and she will join your party.

Do Not Bring Razzly to the Hydra Fight in Hydra Marshes (Home World)

After recruiting Razzly, you'll need to fight the Hydra in Hydra Marshes (Home World). It is important that you do not bring Razzly for this fight. Otherwise, you won't be able to get her Lv 7 Tech Skill Raz-Flower.

Go to Water Dragon Isle After S.S. Invincible

After clearing S.S. Invincible, head to Water Dragon Isle (Home World) with Razzly in your party and defeat the dwarves that have taken over the place.

Allow Rosetta to Die

Possibly the most important step to unlock Razzly's Level 7 Tech Skill is to allow Rosetta to die.

This can be accomplished by interacting with the other dead fairies at the Water Dragon Isle (Home World) and by defeating all the Hi-Ho Dwarves ambushing the fairies' home.

Save As You Arrive

In order to make sure you end up with a result of Rosetta dying, be sure to save beforehand so you can load your game in case you manage to reach Rosetta alive.

Return to Water Dragon Isle After Chronopolis

After clearing Chronopolis and having Terra Tower rise up to the sky, return to Water Dragon Isle (Home World) and check the tree in the middle of the second screen. You'll get the Floral Rod and Raz-Flower at the same time.

Razzly Story Explained

Razzly Origins

Razzly is a fairy demi-human hailing from Water Dragon Isle (Home World). Growing up with her sister, Rosetta, they both lived a carefree albeit secluded life away from humans. This is probably one of the reasons for Razzly's calm demeanor when talking to humans. Other demi-humans have been seen to be wary or outright fearful of humans due to the ongoing discrimination against them.

Razzly Meeting Serge

One day on trip to Hydra Marshes (Home World), to see the a Hydra, she gets captured by the Dwarves and was made to be fed to the Pentapus. Things were looking dire up until Serge and his party rescued her. From there she offered to join his party.

Back to Water Dragon Isle (Home World)

After killing the Hydra, the Dwarves had nowhere left to stay and so attacked Water Dragon Isle (Home World) to rid it of its inhabitants and claim it for themselves.

After defending the fairies, most of them blame the humans that drove the dwarves to attack Water Dragon Isle (Home World) in the first place. Razzly defends Serge and offers to join the party permanently.

Depending on whether you bring Razzly to the Hydra fight, Rosetta may or may not die during the attack of the Dwarves
