Make taking down Ozzie a priority as later in the battle, he will cast Max Defense, which makes his entire party immune to attacks for a number of turns.
Once Ozzie casts this, you will have no choice but to attack them just for the sake of increasing your grid level and not dealing any damage at all, unnecessarily prolonging the fight.
Flea has the lowest health out of the three, but will be consistently casting her Tech Skill, The Stare, which can put your party in a confused state, blindly attacking without your control for a couple of turns.
While you're taking down Ozzie, consider landing a couple of hits on Flea to speed up the battle a bit.
Once you've taken down the two roadblocks, it's pretty much smooth sailing from here.
Slash is just a normal offensive Blue-innate boss, so take him down with your strongest Tech Skills and Red-innate attacks.
Be sure that whoever takes down Slash has a Forget-Me-Not Pot equipped to them in order to add Slash to the list of Sprigg's Doppelgangs!
This is highly recommended as you can only fight the three once per playthrough.
After the battle, having Serge, Kid, and Sprigg (as Slash) to your party will give you access to one of the two Triple Tech Skills in the game, Z-Slash!

You can speed up the battle tremendously by going for party-wide attacks, like Trappable Elements, Summons, and the like.
The three don't have a lot of health, but can prolong the fight due to their Tech Skills, so it would also be recommended to whittle down some of the health of the ones you're not currently focused on.
