Show the Shark's Tooth with Leena or Kid in the Party
Show the Shark's Tooth to the Arni Village (Another World) Fisherman
Get the Shark's Tooth from the fisherman in his basement in Arni Village (Home World).
Later, in Arni Village (Another World), put Leena or Kid in the party and show the Shark's Tooth to the fisherman of this world. Mojo will join your party as you're leaving.

How to Unlock Mojo Level 7 Tech Skill
Talk to Mojo's Owner's Home World Version
You'll first have to talk to the fisherman that was Mojo's owner in Another World. He'll mention about having weird dreams about lasers, auras, and licks. Once you trigger this event, you'll have to proceed to Arni Village Another World
Trigger Starts After Regaining Serge's Body
Since Mojo leaves during the lynx arc, you can only truly start this quest after regaining Serge's body.
Fort Dragonia (Home World) Walkthrough
Return to Mojo's Owner and Interact With the Cat Statues
The dream that the fisherman in Arni Village says is actually a clue on the interaction order you need to do to get Mojo's level 7 technique. First, you have to interact with the Lasery Cat and then the Aurey the Cat then lastly, Lickety the Cat. Once completed, you'll get a short scene then you'll obtain the Level 7 Tech Skill in the end.

Mojo Story Explained
Straw Doll Coming to Life
Mojo was thought to have been an inanimate straw doll that Kiki's father from Arni Village (Another World) worshipped from his basement. Kiki's father explains that Mojo is a charm for happiness.
After bringing the shark tooth to Kiki's father, Mojo senses something important in Serge which leads to Mojo springing to life and offering to join his party. Keep an eye out as something darker might be in store for this normally joyous straw doll!
