Using Fargo's Tech Skill Pillage, make sure you snag the Sky Dragon's White Plate drop, as this item is exclusive to the Sky Dragon. It's worth noting that by equipping the White Plate, the wearer will be able to absorb any White Elemental attacks and gain health in the process.
Given that the Sky Dragon is a White-innate boss, go all out with Lynx's Tech Skills, and have your other party members use Black Elements to capitalize on its weakness.
It is recommended to use skills like Forever Zero, Feral Cats, and Grobyc's Rocket Fist to deal massive damage against the Sky Dragon!
Once the Sky Dragon casts Magnify, all damage from its Elemental attacks will be raised 1.5 times.
Consider healing up when this happens and cast Diminish to cut the buff by half.

In order to maximize damage against the White-innate Sky Dragon, consider bringing another Black-innate character like Grobyc to capitalize on his Tech Skills against the boss.
If not, be sure to equip Black Elemental attacks to whoever it is you want to bring along!
