Recruit Starky with Star Fragment

After getting the Star Fragment at El Nido Triangle (Home World), head to Sky Dragon Isle (Home World) and continue heading north until you find a big clearing with a chest in the middle. Interact with the chest to fight MegaStarky.

After the fight, he'll run around and you need to catch him. After you caught him, he will explain that he needs the Star Fragment to repair his ship and he then joins your party.
