| 1 |  ・Head to the Dragon Shrine in the Home World Follow Direa's advice and head to the Dragon Shrine in Guldove. Steena will explain your quest to gain the Dragon God's approval. |

| 3 |  ・Sail to Water Dragon Isle With party in tow, head over to Water Dragon Isle and head down into the cavern. You may have to fight a number of creatures on your way there. |

 ・Defeat the Water Dragon In the cavern you'll find the Water Dragon. Defeat the Water Dragon to proceed! You're now ready to head on to Earth Dragon Isle to fight the next Dragon God! |

Fargo is not only a Blue Innate, making him more resilient against the Water Dragon's attacks, but he can also steal from the Water Dragon. Each dragon has their own colored plate, which is a powerful item that can only be acquired here. Fargo would be a great choice to try and snag that item!
Fargo Tech Skills, Weapons, and How to Recruit
As always, make the most of a Dragon's Innate Element and their weaknesses by distributing Elements among your party and by purchasing Trap Elements in advance to remove each Dragon's powerful abilities.
Before entering the area, remove all Blue Elements from your characters to ensure none are used. These Elements will heal the Water Dragon instead of damaging it which will only prolong your fight.
Keep your party free from status effects by bringing Medicine and keep building power to unleash powerful Red Elements against the Dragon. Try not to finish it off too quickly though so you can grab the Blue Plate.
In addition, you can snag Iceberg by setting a Trap Element earlier in the fight.

With Fargo in your party, you can attempt to steal the Blue Relic from the Water Dragon somewhere in the middle of battle before the Water Dragon begins to sag and show signs of weakening. If you can't grab it, run away and then reenter the fight!
You'll receive the Blue Relic after defeating the Water Dragon.
