Recruit Steena After Getting All The Dragon Relics

Return to Guldove (Home World)

After defeating the 6 Dragon Gods, head back to Guldove (Home World) in order to talk to Steena.

Talk to Steena Inside the Shrine

Go inside the Shrine Maiden's tent in Guldove (Home World). She will give Serge the Dragon Tear. Afterwards, she will join your party and accompany you to Fort Dragonia (Home World).
