How to Beat De-Hydrate

Steal Everything You Can From the Boss

Fargo Pillage

As a boss, De-Hydrate isn't much. Although this boss does carry a lot of good items worth stealing so instead of taking it down quickly, be sure you've stolen all that you can from it first using Fargo's Tech Skill Pillage.

You can set up a Black Hole Trap Element in order to get more powerful Black-innate attacks for your party, as well as stealing either a Daemon Charm or Hell Bound from it.

Exploit its Weakness to White Elements

De-Hydrate White Element

Using White-innate Elements against De-Hydrate will speed up the battle tremendously.

Consider using high-level Elemental attacks like Holy Light or Meteor Shower to deal massive damage!

General Tips

End the Fight Swiftly with Dual Techs

If you have both Radius and Viper in your party, you will have access to a Dual Tech Skill between them called VitalEnergy.

Pairing this Dual Tech Skill with their Single Tech Skills will make this battle end much faster. But of course, be sure to steal De-Hydrate's items first before taking it down!

There are more Dual Techs out there, even Triple Techs, so it's best to recruit as many characters as possible to see the other kinds of group Tech Skills you can execute to deal devastating damage against your foes!
