Proceed With the Marbule Restoration Sidequest

Waking the dragon in Marbule is optional but is highly valuable due to access to a Star Level as well as gaining the opportunity to steal the Black Plate. There are also several Level 7 Techs locked into this event with one of them being Fargo's Level 7 Tech, Invincible.

S.S. Zelbess (Home World) Walkthrough

Convince Fargo's Home World By Bringing Fargo from Another World

Once everyone starts looking for someone to convince Fargo to move the S.S. Zelbess to Marbule, bring Fargo from Another World into your party.

They'll talk it out and after the scene, you'll get Fargo's Level 7 Tech Skill and the quest to wake the Black Dragon will proceed as well.

Fargo Story Explained

Fargo in Marbule

Fargo is the Captain of the S.S. Invincible or its Home World counterpart, S.S. Zelbess. He is the widower to Zelbess who died due to a falling out with General Viper. Before all that, Fargo helped Zelbess in Marbule fighting for the rights of all demi-humans.

Life After Losing Zelbess

After his wife's death, he became a pirate captain; raiding ships owned by the Acacia Dragoons using the S.S. Invincible. His Home World counterpart opted to name his ship the S.S. Zelbess, after his late wife and turned it into a casino/resort.

Fargo Meeting Serge

Fargo from another world first meets Serge on the S.S. Invincible. After the ship is attacked by ghosts, Serge saves his crew. It is later on after Serge and his party rescues Riddel that Fargo joins the party permanently.

Serge encounters Fargo's Home World counterpart in S.S. Zelbess who turns out to be the more bitter and resentful version of the two. After talking to Irenes and meeting his other world counterpart, he sees the errors of his ways and tries to do better for the demi-humans of Marbule (Home World).
