Recruit Greco at Termina (Another World)
After fighting Lynx at Viper Manor, go to the shrine in Termina (Another World) and follow Greco into his house.
A cutscene will play where you learn about his resolve, which concludes with him joining your party.

How to Unlock Greco Level 7 Tech Skill
Return to Termina Home World with Greco
Once you get back Serge's party later in the game, take Greco to Termina Home World and speak to the spirit medium that's living in Greco's home in Another World. After some scene involving Greco's brother, you'll get his Grave Digger Tech Skill.

Greco Story Explained
Former Wrestler with a Dark Past
Greco is a former wrestler who now tends to the dead in Termina (Another World). He feels heavy responsibility over the death of his friend, Ghetz, and promised himself to look after the departed's sister to atone for his sins.
He joins Serge's party after offering to protect him from darkness.
