The Leisurely Lull - Unexpected New Customer will be unlocked after completing Chapter 4 - Tour de Inferno.
Chapter 4 - Tour de Inferno Quest Guide
The next day after completing Chapter 4 - Tour de Inferno, talk to your sibling by the store counter who has spotted members of H.A.N.D. outside.
After talking to your sibling, head outside to Waterfall Soup and talk to Yanagi who is trying to wrap up work matters.
Continue the conversation and head inside to Random Play with Yanagi.
Distracted by work matters, Yanagi forgot to bring the video tape she rented. Chase after Yanagi in Sixth Street Metro Station to give it to her.
Return to the video store to finish this commission.
As of Version 1.2, Chapter 4 is the last chapter of the main story and completing it will change the main commission to Intermission Reverberations. During this time, the objective becomes Things are quiet again. I should keep raising our Inter-Knot level.
This is an open-ended objective, which means you're free to do anything until the next update. Some things you can do are to continue leveling up your reputation by doing Side Commissions, finishing Agent Stories, or building Trust with your Agents.
