Strengths
• Chain Attacks deal a lot of damage. • Her kit can easily group up a lot of small enemies. • Has a lot of built-in CRIT Rate, making her an easy character to build. • Only needs a Stun or Support Agent to activate her Additional Ability, which makes team building a lot more comfortable.
Weaknesses
• Her damage with and without her signature W-Engine is quite significant. • Currently doesn't have a synergistic Drive Disc set.

Repeated triggers reset the duration.
2	Marcato Desire	Get Everyone Fired Up When an EX Special Attack or Chain Attack hits an enemy, the equipper's ATK increases by 6% for 8s. While the target is under an Attribute Anomaly, this effect is increased by an additional 6%.
3	Cannon Rotor	Oversized Barrel Increases CRIT Rate by 7.5%. Attacks that land a critical hit on an enemy will inflict an additional 200% of ATK as DMG. This effect can trigger once every 8s.
4	Steel Cushion	Metal Cat Claws Increases Physical DMG by 20%. The equipper's DMG increases by 25% when attacking the enemy from behind.

When Evelyn's certain attacks hit enemies, she will entangle them with her Lunalux Garrote, setting them up for Garrote Attacks. These attacks will have Evelyn pull on the tether and immediately close in on them!

Entangling enemies with the Lunalux Garrote will have Evelyn enter the Binding Seal state, which will increase her CRIT Rate throughout its duration!

Accumulate Burning Embers

Whenever Evelyn deals DMG to enemies, she will accumulate Burning Embers. Evelyn will accumulate different amounts of Burning Embers for each attack and she will use these points to enhance certain attacks.

Consume Burning Tether Points

Use Burning Tether Points for Chain Attacks

In addition, whenever Evelyn consumes Burning Embers for Garrote attacks, she will gain Burning Tether Points.

When 3 Burning Tether Points have been accumulated, Evelyn will consume them all to replace her Garrote Attack with a Chain Attack, even if enemies are not stunned!

Use Binding Seal to Your Advantage

Whenever an enemy is tethered to Evelyn's Garrote, and she is in the Binding Seal state, she makes an additional attack whenever she switches out, then exits Binding Seal.

This will lead to additional overall DMG for the entire party, even when switching out! The Binding Seal state also bestows various benefits, such as more Fire-infused attacks and additional DMG.

for real I was wondering this. Why use the 4 piece woodpecker, even 4pc inferno metal seems better, crit rate +28% for 8s when hitting burning and fire dmg +10% seems better than only +8% crit rate and +9% ATK for 6% when landing a crit. And the three 2pc seems better too. 16% crit dmg + 10% fire dmg vs 9% Atk for 6s
