Bind Enemies with Lunalux Garrote

When Evelyn's certain attacks hit enemies, she will entangle them with her Lunalux Garrote, setting them up for Garrote Attacks. These attacks will have Evelyn pull on the tether and immediately close in on them!

Entagling enemies with the Lunalux Garrote will have Evelyn enter the Binding Seal state, which will increase her CRIT Rate throughout its duration!

Accumulate Burning Embers

Whenever Evelyn deals DMG to enemies, she will accumulate Burning Embers. Evelyn's will accumulate different amounts of Burning Embers for each attack, and she will use these points to enhance certain attacks.

Consume Burning Tether Points

In addition, whenever Evelyn consumes Burning Embers for Garrote attacks, she will gain Burning Tether Points.

When 3 Burning Tether Points have been accumulated, Evelyn will consume them all to replace her Garrote Attack with a Chain Attack, even if enemies are not stunned!

Use Binding Seal to Your Advantage

Whenever an enemy is tethered to Evelyn's Garrote and she is in the Binding Seal state, she does an additional attack whenever she switches out, then exits Binding Seal.

This will lead to additional overall DMG for the entire party, even when switching out! Additionally, the Binding Seal state bestows various benefits such as more Fire-infused attacks and additional DMG!

Enter Dance of the Awakened Fire State

Using Evelyn's Ultimate will have her enter the Dance of the Awakened Fire in which she will retain one Burning Tether Point for as long as she is in the state, allowing her to use her Chain Attack more often!
