• Great Support for Anomaly units thanks to his Anomaly Proficiency buff. • Can provide shields to protect party members. • Great to use even at low-investment.
Weaknesses
• Needs to be on-field to build up Resolve. • DPS capability is locked behind Mindscape cinemas.

Peacekeeper - Specialized is Seth's signature W-Engine and it synergizes well with him since it provides Energy Regen while shielded. You can use other W-Engines that provide ATK stats to increase his Shield durability.

Hormone Punk is a nice 2-piece set since it provides ATK stats for his shield.
Swing Jazz (4-pc) Hormone Punk (2-pc)	★★☆ - 2nd Best Swing Jazz is also a great 4-piece for Seth since it provides him Energy Regen and allows him to buff the party's DMG.
Shockstar Disco (4-pc) Hormone Punk (2-pc)	★☆☆ - 3rd Best Seth has a decent amount of Daze on his kit, so Shockstar Disco is a good alternative especially if another character is already using the 4-piece Swing Jazz.

Basic Attack	★★☆☆☆	Seth doesn't need to do damage with his Basic Attack, so this can be ignored. If Seth has his M6 unlocked, you can consider upgrading this to deal a massive amount of DMG.
Dodge	★☆☆☆☆	Seth doesn't use his Dash Attack or Dodge Counter that often, so you can skip out on upgrading his Dodge.
Assist	★★★☆☆	Seth's Assist can be upgraded since his Defensive Assist can deal a decent amount of Daze.
Special Attack	★★★☆☆	Upgrading Seth's Special Attack simply increases the DMG and daze.
Chain Attack	★★★☆☆	You can also upgrade Seth's Chain Attack since it does deal a decent amount of damage to the enemy.

When upgrading Seth's Skills, you should prioritize his Core Skill to increase his defensive capability and Anomaly Proficiency buffs to the party.

You can save the rest of the skills for last since all it does is increase the damage and Daze, which is optional for Seth.

Consume Resolve to Use Enhanced Basic Attack

Seth builds up Resolve by using his Defensive Assist, EX Special Attack, Chain Attack, and Ultimate. His EX Special Attack gives him a Shield of Resolve and accumulates Resolve when he is attacked.

At 75% Resolve or above, hold down the Basic Attack button to consume Resolve and unleash Seth's enhanced Basic Attack. The Finishing Move enables a Quick Assist to the Agent before Seth (left of him in the party order).

Provide a Shield and Anomaly Buff to Allies

After initiating the Quick Assist from Seth's Basic Attack finisher, the character switched to will gain a Shield of Resolve as well.

Any Agent protected by the Shield of Resolve will have their Anomaly Proficiency increased.

Ultimate for Massive DMG and More Assist Points

Using Seth's Ultimate will cause him to combine his baton and shield into their greatsword form, and he will perform multiple upward slashes against the enemy, dealing massive DMG and accumulating a large amount of Resolve.

His Ultimate will also restore 3 Assist Points. Holding the Special Attack button after casting it will also activate Seth's EX Special Attack.
