This build maximizes Anton's damage output during Burst Mode and the damage of his Shock triggers. Since he will be hitting Shocked enemies, he can easily gain and utilize the big ATK buff the Disc set provides to do immense damage during Burst Mode.
Make sure Anton also has enough CRIT Rate since his attacks need to crit during Burst Mode.

In a Shock team, Anton acts as the main DPS by being able to do additional Shock triggers during his Burst Mode. Grace can easily stack Electric Anomaly and inflict Shock on enemies while Rina can buff him and extend Shock duration.

Qingyi can replace Rina as the third member of Anton's team since Qingyi can increase the Stun multiplier. This allows Anton to deal a massive amount of damage to enemies that are both stunned and shocked.

Most of Anton's damage will come from his Basic Attack and Special Attack so upgrade those first. When you have extra materials, upgrade his Chain Attack as well. Lastly, upgrade his Core Skill whenever you are able as it will provide really great passive effects.

Anton's Special Attack and EX Special Attack inflict a lot of Electric Damage and can easily trigger Shock on enemies, so use them for consistent damage.
This synergizes well with Anton's Core Skill since it increases the damage of his Drill and Piledriver Skills. Also, holding EX Special Attack will make Anton enter Burst Mode which makes his attacks more powerful at the cost of Energy.
Anton's Burst Mode is where the majority of his damage comes from. Not only does it make his attacks more powerful Electric DMG, but it also allows him to retrigger Shock when he hits Shocked enemies for every four crits of his Basic Attack.
This effect makes Anton's damage during Burst Mode so potent, so keep using Basic Attacks so his Burst Mode won't be wasted.
When in Burst Mode, Anton can have a way to stay in that mode infinitely without running out of Energy. Take note that Anton's Cinema 1 (C1) is required for this to work.

This works because Anton's C1 provides energy generation by hitting enemies. If we purposefully miss and only hit the third attack, it will charge Anton's energy gauge enough for the next sequence to still be in Burst Mode.
This may take practice for you to perfectly execute as it requires pin point accuracy. Hitting enemies with the second hit charges the gauge but immediately uses it on the third hit so the next sequence will not be in Burst Mode. Missing the third hit altogether does not charge the gauge at all making Anton leave Burst Mode.

Since Anton's Burst Mode continuously depletes his Energy, it is best to use it when the enemy is already in Shock to maximize its damage potential. Inflict Shock on the enemy first using Anton or an Electric Anomaly character like Grace before using it.
If you're using another character to trigger Shock, you can Chain Attack into Anton after the enemy gets Stunned and enter Burst Mode to deal massive Electric and Shock damage.
Anton's Ultimate deals massive Electric DMG, so if you need to burst down an enemy quickly you can use it to get the job done. This can synergize well with any Electric buffers like Rina since they increase Anton's overall damage.

I did try using Jane's passion dash/dodge playstyle. Anton's dodge counter stance does deal more multiple drill damage very well! Just focus the enemy without pressing the spacebar, only dodge skill. Maxed Anton's dodge already. You wont regret it!
