Offers a Wide Range of Services
Victoria Housekeeping Co. is a faction comprised of elite attendants and maids that offer more services than just maintaining your household. Hence, they are highly sought after by members of New Eridu's high society.
Apart from cooking meals, providing everyday assistance, and keeping homes spick and span, this team of domestic helpers accepts commissions to keep your homes dust-free and your Hollows Ethereal-free.
Works for Mayor Mayflower
Due to their standing with New Eridu's elites, Victoria Housekeeping Co. acts as a liaison for several members of it. Phaethon has sought their help in getting in touch with people of high society, including Hoshimi Miyabi's father.
The most prominent and closest working relationship they have, however, is with Mayor Mayflower, the mayor of New Eridu.
Through Victoria Housekeeping, he maintains clear contact with Phaethon whenever he requires their assistance in maintaining the peace and greater good of New Eridu.
Etymology and Namesake
Victoria Housekeeping Co. draws heavy inspiration from Queen Victoria and the Victorian Era, denoted by their attires of suits and poofy ballgown uniforms.
It's also worth noting that, apart from the faction name containing the name Victoria, one of their members is also named Alexandrina—a clear nod to Queen Victoria's full name, Alexandrina Victoria.
Ghostly Aesthetics
As far as visual aesthetics go, apart from the usual attendant and maid outfits, Victoria Housekeeping Co. takes heavy inspiration from classic horror tropes and incorporates them into their appearance.
Such tropes are werewolves, poltergeists, shark films, and zombies, more specifically, Mary Shelly's Frankenstein.

Lycaon is the Main Attendant and Faction Representative
Von Lycaon, a Wolf Thiren of towering height and exceptional set of skills, is the faction's main butler and functions as its overall leader and representative. He speaks to clients on behalf of Victoria Housekeeping and manages its safety and reputation.
As a butler or attendant, Lycaon personally sees to a client's profoundest needs and sees to it that these needs are met by any legal means necessary.
Lycaon is elegance and chivalry personified, bowing to and greeting everyone he comes across, not just clients. At the same time, his innate predatory instincts make him deadly in battle, cleaning up threats swiftly and with style to boot.
Mockingbird Co-Founder
Lycaon's history is shrouded in mystery. However, only a select few know about his past as the co-founder of the syndicate called Mockingbird, whose main goal was simple: to steal from the rich and give to the poor.
However, Lycaon and his former associate and co-founder, Hugo Vlad, had a falling out due to the actions of the latter. Lycaon took it upon himself to cut off all contact with Hugo and Mockingbird, and start anew.
It's also likely that it's during his time in Mockingbird that Lycaon lost his legs and had his right eye blinded.
Jack of Many Trades
Lycaon is a master of many talents, as expected of a main attendant. Apart from managing Victoria Housekeeping and attending to clients' needs, he excels in the art of conversation, music and dancing, and linguistics.
Whenever a situation calls for a new skill, Lycaon will go out of his way to learn and master it. One prominent example is during the first Camellia Golden Week of the game, where he insisted on mastering lip reading.

Rina is the Head Maid
Alexandrina “Rina” Sebastiane is the head maid of Victoria Housekeeping Co. and is responsible for spearheading housekeeping activities such as cooking and cleaning.
Apart from her compatriots, Rina is assisted by two floating Bangboo, Drusilla and Anastella, whom she also deploys in battle. Drusilla and Anastella have distinct personalities, but regardless, they do everything they can to ensure Rina's success.
Rina is Born of Prominence
Rina, though presently working as a maid, is actually from a wealthy and prominent family. As a matter of fact, her family acquired nobility and renown by being highly sought-after attendants themselves.
Rina is also the most senior member of Victoria Housekeeping, predating even Lycaon's induction. It is through Rina that Lycaon learned everything there is to know about being an attendant.
Drusilla and Anastella's Background
Regarding Rina's Bangboo, Drusilla (blonde Bangboo) and Anastella (brunette Bangboo) both respond to Rina's internal thoughts and emotions.
Drusilla has been with Rina the longest, hence giving her high intelligence, the ability to speak, and a deeper understanding of Rina's emotions, usually blurting them out in Rina's stead even in times she shouldn't.
Anastella is a more recent addition. Unlike Drusilla, Anastella does not speak. However, she still possesses an understanding of Rina's hidden desires and emotions, and responds via action.
Ellen is the Newest Member and Maid
Ellen Joe, a young Shark Thiren, sidelines as the newest maid in Victoria Housekeeping. She is still in school, possibly high school based on her and her friend's uniforms. She's also likely a teenager based on her mannerisms and behavior.
Apart from her work in Victoria Housekeeping, Ellen leads a normal life of a young girl, often seen hanging out with her friends or doing homework and working on school projects.
Time for a Nap?
A prominent quirk of Ellen's is that she is constantly drowsy and lacking energy. As a result, she always makes it a point to bring along sources of sugar such as candies and lollipops whenever she goes to school or work.
This way, she can “recharge” her energy, albeit very temporarily, as she will be seen snoozing off at a bench somewhere just a couple of minutes later.
Ellen's Friends are Supportive
Initially, Ellen's friends were unaware of her work at Victoria Housekeeping. All they knew was that she was working part-time somewhere, but didn't know what she did. During her Agent Story, however, her friends soon find out.
Instead of dismissing her as a friend, they not only respected her work, they chose to support it, even going so far as to cover for her when people started asking too many questions.

Corin Wickes is a Senior Member
Corin Wickes is a maid and senior member of Victoria Housekeeping Co., and is very diligent about completing her tasks.
Her performance record is flawless, as per her Partner Archive entry, but she still lacks confidence in herself.
Lacks Self-Confidence
Despite every task being perfectly completed and her record being flawless, Corin is extremely shy and overly critical of herself. She even goes so far as self-sabotaging, calling herself “useless” and “a burden”. The origin of this mindset is currently unknown.
According to her Partner Archive entry, this sometimes frustrates Lycaon, as she herself cannot see how great of a job she's doing. Regardless, her compatriots and Phaethon go out of their way to help her gain some self-confidence.
Underwent Major Surgery
Based on her Partner Archive, Corin has undergone an extreme surgical procedure, the nature and cause of which are currently unknown.
Proxies will be able to confirm this by looking at Corin's Mindscape 6 portrait, where scars running around her shoulder are prominently visible.
