After finishing the Somewhat Totally Out of Control commission, speak with your sibling and meet up with Anton. Head to the parking lot and go to Brant Street Construction Site.

Complete Two Story Commissions in the HDD

In Brant Street, you'll be introduced to the Belobog Industries staff. Speak with them to get two commissions. Anton will give Let's Go, Bro!, Grace will give Mechanical Love. Complete both commissions via the HDD system to progress the story.

Upon completing both commissions and getting some rest, Expert Challenge should unlock at the HIA Club.

Return to the Video Store and speak to your sibling. You can accept commissions from them to unlock the next objective which is to raise your Inter-Knot Level to 26.

A few days through Chapter 2, you'll eventually be contacted by Ray to return to Scott Outpost. This will unlock Shiyu Defense.

While raising your Inter-Knot Level, you'll be asked by your sibling to check the record box outside Random Play. This will unlock the first two Rally Commissions.

Ask About How Things Are Going With Belobog

Once you hit the required level, talk to Belle/Wise and ask about Belobog. Ben will then message you the next day. Talk to your sibling again and connect with Ben, who will join as an Agent. He will give the Speedy Chaser Story Commission to find the construction pile driver.

Search for the Prototype Using the HDD

After completing the Speedy Chaser commission, rest and then ask your sibling about Belobog Industries. You'll then go to the construction site and talk to Koldea who will give the Trace to the Source Story Commission to find the prototype. Complete it to clear Chapter 2.
