How to Pet Cats

Press the Interact Button to Pet a Cat

You can pet a cat in Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ) by pressing the F key on PC or the Interact button on your device. After pressing the Interact button, make sure to choose the Pet dialogue option to start the petting animation.

You Can Only Pet Cats if They Are Lying Down

You Can Only Pet Cats if They Are Lying Down

You can only pet cats lying down on the ground. So, if you see one on top of a vehicle or other objects, you cannot interact with them. Also, if a cat is on the ground but is sitting down instead, you cannot pet them as well!

Scattered Around Sixth Street

Sixth Street has several cats like Cookie, Tumtum, and Chalky that can be seen during different parts of the day. You can even trigger Trust Events with a black cat named Inky!
