Business Car

This HIA Coin is found on a Ladder in the Plaza Walkway. The easiest way to check if it's there is by teleporting to Plaza Walkway and checking if there's a lady by the wall across from your Business Car.

Sunken Courtyard

This HIA Coin is found on the Bench across from Officer Mewmew in the Sunken Courtyard. It spawns on the opposite side from the bench where you get the Takeout Bag HIA Coin.

Metro Station

This HIA Coin is found inside the Magazine Stand in the Metro Station. It's located along the wall with the lockers that have a ladder in front of them.

Plaza Walkway

This HIA Coin is given by Kaibara up on the Plaza Walkway. You can check if he's there by teleporting to Plaza Walkway and looking at the guardrail that faces towards the statue.

Vending Machine	Telephone

These two HIA Coins are found up on Plaza Walkway in the evening. The first one is located in the Red Vending Machine on the opposite side of where you're teleported, while the other one's inside the Telephone along the Metro Station guardrail. You can get the coins by simply interacting with the machines.

Metro Station

This HIA Coin is found in a Crate inside the Metro Station. You can check if it spawned by teleporting to Officer Mewmew and going through the left entrance. From there, the crate's found by the leftmost wall next to the red warning sign.

Archie	Edge of the Platform

These two HIA Coins are found behind the Statue where you spawn when teleporting to Officer Mewmew. The first one is from Archie, while the other one is on one of the pillars at the Edge of the Platform. You'll simply need to interact with them to get the coins.
