Deadly Assault Buffs For This Phase

• After an Agent inflicts an Attribute Anomaly on an enemy, the enemy's All-Attribute RES is reduced by 10%, and Ether RES is reduced by 15% for 15s. Repeated triggers refresh the duration. • Agent EX Special Attack, Chain Attack, and Ultimate Anomaly Buildup increases by 15%. Agent Attribute Anomaly DMG increases by 15%, and Abloom DMG increases by 20%. |

• Ultimate DMG increases by 30%. When launching Ultimate, the Agent's ATK increases by 15% for 15s. Repeated triggers reset the duration. • After enemies become Stunned, their Stun DMG Multiplier increases by 35%. |
These are the current buffs available for this season of Deadly Assault. It would be wise to familiarize yourself with them, as they can help you earn large Performance Points, making it easier to get 3-star ratings.
It can also help you better understand the boss you'll be up against.
Deadly Assault Reset

Deadly Assault usually resets every other Friday. This resets all your progress, allowing you to collect the rewards again upon completion.
Season resets will also change the boss lineup and buffs available to you. For the current version, the next phase of Deadly Assault will reset on March 27, 2026.
How to Unlock Deadly Assault
Reach Inter-Knot Level 40 and Unlock Shiyu Defense
Deadly Assault can be unlocked after reaching Inter-Knot Level 40 and unlocking the Shiyu Defense game mode. Once done, clear the Deadly Situation commission to access the game mode.

• When Miasmic Fiend is affected by Attribute Anomaly, it takes 8% bonus Anomaly DMG from Agents, stacking up to 6 times; activating Miasmic Shield clears all stacks, with each stack increasing the reduction efficiency of Miasmic Shield by 2.5%.
• When Agents bait Miasmic Fiend's ground attack into detonating at least 5 Miasma Pools at once and avoid being hit by the attack and pool explosions, they will earn 1,700 Performance Points, up to a maximum of 5,000. |

How to Beat Miasmic Fiend - Unfathomable
Avoid Getting Hit by Miasma Pools
When the Miasmic Fiend - Unfathomable jumps and tries to hone Miasmic Pools on you, you must dodge it before it detonates and causes immense damage to your active character.
To do this, observe the red highlight on the floor, where there will be two circles: one for the entire circumference of the attack and the other to indicate when it will detonate.
When it's near the edge of the outer circle, dodge! Doing so five times will grant 1,700 Performance Points up to 5,000.
Note that the red indicator on the floor must be directly on the three Miasmic Pools the boss threw at you.
Keep an Eye on Continuous Attacks
Similar to the Miasma Priest, the Miasmic Fiend - Unfathomable is capable of successive attack cues that you must either use Perfect Assist or Dodge Counters. Otherwise, it will deal significant damage.

• Suitable for Agents with Stun specialty. • When Sobek and The Thrall alternate turns, The Thrall gains 1 stack of Contract and Self-Sacrifice. Contract and Self-Sacrifice can stack up to 3 times. Each stack of Contract increases All-Attribute Anomaly RES by 15%, each stack of Self-Sacrifice reduces The Thrall's DEF by 8%. When The Thrall is Stunned, CRIT DMG taken increases by 50%. • When Agents inflict Weakened on Sobek and The Thrall, 1,500 Performance Points will be awarded. When an Agent eliminates Sobek, 2,000 Performance Points will be awarded. Up to a maximum of 5,000 Performance Points can be earned. |

How to Beat Ye Shiyuan the Thrall
Deal Heavy Attacks Before Miasmic Field
It's best to deal as much heavy damage as possible while saving the Ultimates when the enemy enters their Miasmic Field. This strategy is especially effective for non-rupture teams.
When you defeat the Sobek, you must be prepared to parry Ye Shiyuan to have both enter a weakened state. With this, you can defeat it easily while also gaining the coins.

• When the Agent hits the boss enemy with a Defensive Assist or Chain Attack, they applies 1 stack of Weakening to the target. For each stack of Weakening on the target, Agent CRIT DMG is increased by 15%.
When the boss enemy has 4 stacks of Weakening, Defensive Assist will deflect the boss enemy's attack, causing a Stagger effect. • Successfully triggering Perfect Assist grants 350 Performance Points. A maximum of 5,000 Performance Points can be obtained. |

The best attribute against this stage is Fire and the worst is Electric! Teams created around Evelyn, Burnice, and Soldier 11 are great against Notorious Pompey.
How to Beat Notorious Pompey
Stagger Notorious Pompey with Defensive Assists
Notorious Pompey will have the gold or red Perfect Assist cues during its AoE attacks and launch to an Agent with a quick strike—Counter Notorious Pompey's attacks with Perfect Assists or Dodge Counters.
Build up the Weakening stacks using Chain Attacks and Defensive Assists. Use the Defensive Assist at four stacks to stagger the boss and make an opening; use Agent Ultimates when it's stunned.
You can also earn more Performance Points by landing Perfect Assists; therefore, using the attack cues to counter is essential.

Use Appropriate Agents for Each Battle
One thing to note when braving Deadly Assault is that previously used Agents and Bangboo cannot be used again in the next battle. Each and every battle will require unique teams.
In light of this, it would be wise to identify each boss's weaknesses and resistance before taking on the challenge. That way, you can formulate parties accordingly.
Take Advantage of Stage Effects and Buffs
Each stage in Deadly Assault will have stage effects that may make the battle a little more challenging than usual. Additionally, they will provide gameplay-based buffs, such as increasing the Anomaly Buildup Rate.
With this in mind, Proxies will be able to better formulate parties based on the buffs and effects each stage provides. Be sure to review the stage buffs and effects and strategize accordingly!
Aim for a High Score for Higher Ratings
In Deadly Assault, your performance rating will be based on how many objectives you can complete during battle. Completing an objective will increase your overall score.
Your scores will be determined by two things: Damage Score, which is determined by dealing a certain amount of DMG, and Mechanics Score, which is determined by performance such as using Perfect Assists and Chain Attacks.
Reset Your Lineup if Necessary
If you find that certain characters are necessary for other battles, you may reset your lineup to make them available for other stages even after using them in one. Keep in mind that this will reset your records.
However, this will not reset your progress. If you've already acquired three stars in one battle and you choose to reset your lineup, the rewards you can acquire for getting three stars will still be available to get!

Proxies will only have to obtain 6 stars to get all the Polychromes for Deadly Assault. That means each stage will only require you to achieve 2 stars if you're having a difficult time getting a 3-star.
