When a member hits an enemy, for every Wilt stack applied, the CRIT DMG of the Ice DMG and Fire DMG dealt by that ATK increases by 1.5%. Only one of this effect can at a time active in the same team. |

maybe because, miyabi's the only one who can utilize the passive, And crit rate doesnt really matter for the anomaly characters. I think it deserves the lowest tier, its not universal like the others
