Strengths
• Can deal a lot of DMG with the Frostburn Anomaly. • Strong Basic Attack DMG, especially with the maximum Fallen Frost stacks. • Basic Attack - Shimotsuki can cover a wide range and is very useful against multiple enemies. • Team comps are flexible and can be used with F2P Agents.
Weaknesses
• She really needs her W-Engine, Hailstorm Shrine, to deal a lot of damage. Her DMG is sub-par if she uses other W-Engines.

Repeated triggers reset the duration, allowing several effects to be active at once: increases the equipper's ATK by 8%, increases the equipper's Anomaly Proficiency by 40, or increases the equipper's Anomaly Buildup Rate by 25%.
5	Weeping Gemini	Lingering Cries Whenever a squad member inflicts an Attribute Anomaly on an enemy, the equipper gains a buff that increases Anomaly Proficiency by 30, stacking up to 4 times. This effect expires when the target recovers from Stun or is defeated. The duration of each stack is calculated separately.

Hailstorm Shrine is no doubt Miyabi's best W-Engine by a mile since it's currently the only Anomaly W-Engine that provides CRIT stats. You can use other W-Engine that provide DMG buffs, but Hailstorm Shrine will provide the most DMG for Miyabi's kit.

How to Play Miyabi

Deal Frost DMG

Frost Attribute

While still technically an “Ice” Agent, dealing Ice DMG to enemies, Miyabi's Attribute is slightly different. Her true Attribute is Frost, which enables 3 Ice Anomalies—Freeze, Shatter, and Frostbite.

As a result, Miyabi has a separate Anomaly Buildup gauge. These Anomalies can trigger Disorder even when applied on top of another Anomaly caused by the Frost Attribute.

Accumulate Fallen Frost

Fallen Frost

Fallen Frost will enable her to charge her Basic Attack and unleash a devastating attack on enemies in front of her. You can consume these Fallen Frost stacks by holding the Basic Attack button.

How to Get Fallen Frost Stacks

Miyabi will accumulate Fallen Frost through various means such as using her Ultimate, triggering Disorder with other party members, or triggering Frostburn - Break. She can have 6 stacks of Fallen Frost at maximum.

Apply Icefire and Trigger Disorders

Apply Icefire

Miyabi will apply Icefire on enemies whenever she deals Ice DMG to them, which increases her attacks' Frost Anomaly Buildup.

Cause Frostbite and Apply Frostburn

Apply Frostburn

Inflicting Frostbite on an enemy inflicted with Icefire will result in the Frostburn - Break effect, which deals massive Ice DMG to them and puts them into the Frostburn state.

This will consume the Icefire and increase all of your party members' Anomaly Buildup Rate against the target.

Upon entering the battlefield, Hoshimi Miyabi immediately obtains 6 points of Fallen Frost and her CRIT Rate increases by 15%.

After obtaining Polar, Hoshimi Miyabi will automatically draw her blade and unleash powerful slashes based on the current charge level upon consuming Fallen Frost. Before Fallen Frost is completely depleted, the draw and slashes will not interrupt charging under Shimotsuki Stance. Each occurrence of Shimotsuki Stance can perform up to 3 draws and slashes.
